As always, problems always blow over. YAY for that. And on top of problems blowing over, this weekend was wonderful.
On Saturday, Joe and I attended a wedding for one of my former co-workers. Her reception was a blast, and it is always blessing to see two great people wed. I also got to see many of the people I used to work with. It helped me to see my time at that school as a blessing because I got to meet some many truly wonderful people who will be in my life for a long time. God is so good.
On Sunday, I got to see my husband be baptized in the Mississippi River. It was such a beautiful day and absolutely joyful to share that moment with Joe. I couldn't ask for a more wonderful man in my life. Praise God.
Today, I knocked out a couple more house projects and applied for a couple more jobs. This has been a really productive summer. It is amazing what you can get done when you have no burdens weighing you down.
